Mary Herrera, DDS

Dr. Mary Herrera is a compassionate General Dentist dedicated to providing comprehensive, high-quality dental care for patients of all ages. She is committed to helping each patient feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their dental journey.

Dr. Herrera earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Dentistry Raúl González Sánchez in Havana, Cuba, graduating in July 2014. To further advance her clinical expertise, she completed a two-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at NYU Langone, graduating in June 2025. This full clinical residency focused on comprehensive general dentistry, allowing her to develop advanced skills across a wide range of procedures.

Dr. Herrera offers a full range of services, including preventive and general dentistry, dental implants, crowns and bridges, periodontal care, cosmetic dentistry, root canal therapy, extractions, minor oral surgery, and geriatric dental care. She has advanced training in implant and restorative dentistry and uses modern techniques and technology to deliver precise, effective treatment.

Known for her gentle approach, Dr. Herrera focuses on building trust by listening carefully, clearly explaining procedures, and ensuring patients feel comfortable and involved in their care. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Outside the office, Dr. Herrera enjoys cooking, swimming, watching movies, and spending time with her family.
